Subject: Request for Proposal — External Audit of Grant Funded Project "Increasing Access To Improved Water Sanitation And Hygiene Intervention In Kodai Hills"
Dear Sir/Madam,
WASH Institute hereby invites proposals from eligible and interested audit firms to conduct an external financial audit of our grant-funded projects.
The audit will cover the grants listed in the Terms of Reference (ToR) attached to this Request For Proposal (RFP). The objective of the audit is to express an independent opinion on the Project Financial Statements (PFS) for the specified grant period in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) / Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
The selected auditor must be an independent, licensed firm of Chartered Accountants. The auditor should have previous non-governmental organization/charities references, and ideally have experience auditing WASH-related projects.
We request that your proposals be in the prescribed format and shall clearly indicate:
- Quote in hourly fees per person (senior/junior)
- Estimated Out-of-Pocket Expenses (OPE)
- Applicable GST
- Payment terms by milestone
The audit will be conducted in accordance with the detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) attached herewith.
Interested firms are requested to submit their proposal in the prescribed format as per the ToR along with copies of the supporting documents (Registrations, Certificates, Licenses, Clientele reference, and testimonials if any) supporting the details furnished.
