Job Title: Coordinator
Location: New Delhi
Salary: 3 to 4 lacs per annum

Role Summary
The Coordinator is responsible for the smooth planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities. They act as a bridge between the team, beneficiaries, and management, ensuring that program goals are achieved effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Implementation
Plan and execute project activities as per defined objectives
Ensure timely delivery of all program components
Coordinate with trainers, teachers, and support staff
Conduct regular field visits and supervise on-ground activities
2. Team Coordination
Assign tasks and guide team members
Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback
Ensure proper communication within the team
3. Beneficiary Management
Mobilize participants from the community
Maintain attendance and engagement of beneficiaries
Address concerns and ensure a supportive learning environment
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records such as attendance, progress reports, and activity reports
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Share updates with Program Manager/Management
Maintain data for donor reporting and audits
5. Event & Activity Planning
Plan workshops, awareness sessions, and events
Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution
Prepare event reports with photos and outcomes
6. Monitoring & Evaluation
Track progress against targets and outcomes
Identify challenges and suggest improvements
Ensure quality of program delivery
7. Responsibilities
Maintain inventory and asset records
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the centre
Handle basic operational issues

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Management, or related field
Must have Master’s degree especially in MSW or MBA (Social Sector)

Work Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience (NGO, education, skill development, or community work)
Experience in project coordination or fieldwork is must
Freshers with strong internship experience in NGOs may also be considered
