Remuneration (per month) : Rs.1,00,000/- (Consolidated inclusive of allowances)
Education Qualifications :
Essential : • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
Desirable :
• Strong knowledge of IT, Electronics, and Communications technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software allows for data – driven decision making and evidence – based programming.
Experience :
• Minimum 8 (eight) years’ experience in relevant field i.e., Information Technology, Electronics & Communications.
• Proficiency in computer applications, data analysis, and project management tools.
• Experience working with government agencies, industry partners, and international organizations on ICT-related projects and initiatives.
Job description / Duties & Responsibilities :
• Maintain synergy between the Planning Department, LKI and NITI Aayog
• To assist state in achieving its objectives in collaboration with NITI Aayog and the LKI
• Review relevant policy documents, regulations, and guidelines related to IT, Electronics, and Communications.
• Analyze trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT, Electronics, and Communications sectors nationally and internationally.
• Engage with key stakeholders including government agencies, industry associations, academic institutions, and civil society organizations to gather inputs and feedback.
• Provide technical expertise, advisory support, and guidance on the design, implementation, and evaluation of IT, Electronics, and Communications projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate capacity building activities, training workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for government officials, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Support the development of digital infrastructure, ICT policies, standards, and regulations to create an enabling environment for innovation, investment, and growth in the IT and Electronics sectors.
• Contribute to the formulation of e-governance strategies, digital literacy programs, cyber security frameworks, and other initiatives aimed at leveraging ICT for inclusive development.
• Support mechanisms for strengthening horizontal and vertical coordination within Government
• Coordinate with State officials for preparation of project proposals to be taken up for implementation by the State Government
• Assist State in strengthening the innovation ecosystem
• Assist State in strengthening the monitoring and evaluation ecosystem
• Create and facilitate cross learning platforms
• Documentation of activities and emerging good practices performed
• Support in preparation of State, regional and sectoral reports on regular basis
• Support regular updates on progress in State usingthe dashboard/portal maintained by NlTl Aayog
• Support in organizing workshops and other events, including preparation of inputs for the workshops
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor (Team Leader) as may be necessary in the
• interest of the Mission
Knowledge and Skills :
• Experience in Stake holder management
• Experience in drafting reports and reviewing detailed project Reports
• Prior experience with Government, UN agencies and other international organizations is desirable.
• Knowledge and experience related to National/State planning
• Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills
Languages Requirements :
• Excellent verbal and written English, Telugu language skills and demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural Environment.
Leave :
• Entitled to have State government enlisted holidays
• Individuals will be entitled to leaves of (18) days in the entire year
