Project Coordinator - 1 Position

Gram Chetna Kendra is working in the areas of health, education, livelihood, and water conservation in Rajasthan since 1989. GCK has established an FPO named Khejri Mahila Producer Company Limited.

The FPO has been operating 7 production centers for chilli, coriander, turmeric, besan, and mustard oil processing for the last 3 years. More than 450 women are associated with the FPO for the production and sale of spices and oil products.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Increase product sales and market outreach
Conduct regular capacity-building trainings for FPO members
Team planning and coordination
Ensure quality control of spices and oil products
Develop innovative ideas to boost sales
Procure raw materials and facilitate supply to women members
Manage and facilitate social media activities
Branding and IEC material development
Prepare reports, maintain data, and documentation
Organize exhibitions, counter visits, and market studies

Educational / Professional Qualification
Graduate / MBA
Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Honorarium: ?30,000 per month (fixed for one year)
