Responsibilities:

Maintain accounts, vouchers, cash book, and bank reconciliation
Prepare financial reports, budgets
Manage payroll, statutory compliance
Ensure proper documentation and audit support
Monitor project/grant expenses and fund utilization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting
Knowledge of TallyPrime and MS Excel
Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience (NGO experience preferred)
Good knowledge of taxation and financial compliance
