Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all administrative arrangements for student exposure visits.
Handle travel, accommodation, food, transportation, and logistics.
Liaise with vendors and host institutions.
Ensure student safety, documentation, permissions.
Maintain visit schedules, reports, bills, and other official records.
Supervise support staff and ensure smooth execution of the program.
Monitor compliance with guidelines and timely reporting.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration, Management, Education, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration, event coordination, or educational programs.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation preferred.
