Sahabhagi Vikash Abhiyan (SVA), a leading development organization working in the fields of sustainable livelihoods, agriculture, natural resource management, and community empowerment, invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Additional Block Project Coordinator (ABPC) under the Shree Anna Abhiyan (SAA) project at Sinapali Block, Nuapada District.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate project implementation at the block level.
- Facilitate millet promotion activities.
-Support field staffs, community institutions, and farmer groups.
- Organize trainings, meetings, demonstrations, and exposure visits.
- Maintain project records, documentation, and reporting.
- Liaise with government departments and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide technical and operational support.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Agriculture, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in agriculture, livelihoods, rural development, or community-based projects.
Good communication and documentation skills in Odia and English.
Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas and undertake field-based assignments.

Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience as per organizational norms.
