1. Community Engagement & Relationship Building
* Mobilize & Retain: Cultivate relationships with volunteers, donors, and supporters to keep them deeply connected to the cause.
* Beneficiary Relations: Serve as an accessible, empathetic point of contact for the communities we serve, ensuring their voices, feedback, and needs are integrated into our programs.
* Offline Activations: Organize community meetups, volunteer drives, town halls, and local awareness campaigns.
2. Digital Community Management
* Platform Moderation: Manage and grow our presence across digital spaces (e.g., Facebook Groups, WhatsApp/Telegram communities, Discord, or dedicated forum spaces).
* Moderation & Safety: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment in all digital forums, adhering strictly to the organization's safeguarding policies.
* Dialogue Facilitation: Spark meaningful conversations, answer user inquiries promptly, and turn passive followers into active advocates.
3. Storytelling & Content Collaboration
* Impact Storytelling: Work closely with field teams to gather real-life stories, photos, and updates that showcase the impact of our programs.
* Co-Creation: Empower community members to share their own testimonials and user-generated content.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams to ensure community insights inform larger public campaigns.
4. Data, Insights & Feedback Loops
* Feedback Integration: Act as the internal advocate for the community; synthesize community feedback, grievances, and ideas to pass along to Program Managers.
* Metrics Tracking: Monitor community growth, engagement rates, sentiment analysis, and event attendance to measure the health of our network.
Graduate with KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST and Should Have a Two Wheeler and Valid License
