About the Organization:
Basudeo Kanoria Seva Sansthan (BKSS): is a Non-Profit Trust promoted by Shri Harsh Vardhan Kanoria - Chairman of Group CHEVIOT with a pure philanthropy approach dedicated towards the upliftment of the poor and needy with emphasis on the state of Rajasthan.
The Trust has adopted a Tribal block, LASADIYA (Salumber district in Udaipur Division) and initiated Integrated Community Development Program on multiple themes including Watershed, Agriculture and Livestock based Livelihood & Education Program.

About Candidate
- Essential Qualifications: B.Sc. Agriculture/ M.Sc. Agriculture
- Essential Experience: 3-5 years of field experience in tribal/rural areas, managing agriculture-based livelihood programs and rural development interventions.
- Desired Skills: Good communication and training skills, knowledge of local language & willingness to travel extensively in remote villages
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to farmers on sustainable agriculture practices, including crop planning, soil health management, Integrated Nutrient Management (INM), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), farm mechanization, and water-efficient farming techniques.
- Promote climate-resilient agriculture, organic and natural farming practices, and the adoption of improved agricultural technologies to enhance productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
- Plan, implement, and monitor agriculture-related interventions and ensure effective delivery of project activities at the field level.
- Provide technical assistance and regular handholding support to target farmers for the adoption of improved agricultural practices and livelihood enhancement.
- Organize and facilitate farmer training programs, field demonstrations, exposure visits, and other capacity-building initiatives to strengthen farmers’ knowledge and skills.
- Support the formation, strengthening, and promotion of farmer institutions, groups, and collectives, and facilitate their linkage with relevant government schemes, programs, and services.
- Assist in the monitoring, documentation, data management, and timely reporting of cluster activities, outputs, outcomes, and best practices.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities, assess farmers feedback, and provide appropriate technical recommendations.
- Any other program related responsibilities assigned by the BKSS senior management from time to time.
