Project Senior/Manager (S/PM) - Research, Monitoring & Systems Operations

1. JOB OVERVIEW, JOB BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE:
This role anchors research, measurement, and disciplined execution across alumni initiatives.
You will manage complex, high-stakes projects while ensuring strong research grounding, monitoring frameworks, and structured learning loops.
This is a builder-operator role with intellectual depth.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: (%)
2.1 Research & Ecosystem Intelligence: 30%
a. Conduct research on alumni career pathways and ecosystem influence
b. Benchmark against global alumni networks
c. Produce insight briefs informing strategic direction
2.2 Monitoring & Evaluation: 25%
a. Design initiative-level M&E frameworks
b. Track systems-change indicators
c. Produce quarterly performance and learning reports
2.3 Strategic Project Management: 30%
a. Manage execution of Problem Labs, secondments, or Impact Fund pilots
b. Coordinate alumni, vendors, partners
C. Manage budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation
2.4 Institutional Learning & Documentation: 15%
a. Document case studies
b. Build knowledge repositories
