Position Summary
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring field-level activities of the organization. The role involves community engagement, stakeholder coordination, event management, volunteer supervision, beneficiary outreach, data collection, documentation, and ensuring effective implementation of projects at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation
• Coordinate and execute field activities as per project plans.
• Ensure timely implementation of awareness campaigns, workshops, training sessions, and community programs.
• Support project teams in achieving program objectives and targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and monitor ongoing activities.
Event & Campaign Coordination
• Organize awareness drives, educational programs, and other outreach activities.
• Coordinate logistics, permissions, venue arrangements, and participant management.
• Ensure smooth execution of field events.
Volunteer & Partner Management
• Coordinate with volunteers, community workers, and partner organizations.
• Provide guidance and support to volunteers during field activities.
• Assist in onboarding, orientation and retention of volunteers.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Collect field data and maintain beneficiary records.
• Prepare activity reports, attendance sheets, photographs, case studies, and success stories.
• Maintain accurate documentation of field activities.
Stakeholder Coordination
• Represent the organization at local meetings and community forums when required.

Required Qualifications
• Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• Relevant field experience in NGOs, community development projects, CSR projects, or social sector initiatives preferred.

Experience
• 1–5 years of experience in community outreach, field coordination, social development projects, or NGO operations.
• Freshers with strong communication and community engagement skills may also apply.

Skills Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Event coordination and field operations management.
• Basic report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within project areas.
