The Organization Sister Nivedita Memorial Trust has established in 1981 by the eminent social worker Late Sri Vinay Kr. Sinfgh. He was devotee and hard worker. He was inspired by the ideaology of Swami Vivekanand and SSister Nivedita. He has done lot of activities under this banner. Our Organization has done lot of educational programme like condensed course, vocational training programme for poor children, women and needy girls and boys for seven year at Patna. We have run Aganwadi Programme for poor women at rural area also with the help of Bihar State Social Welfare Board, we have run awareness programme regarding safety dinking water, other rights realted to women at some area of Vaishali District with the help of Capart. We have also opened two college named Firoz Gandhi College and Sanjay Gandhi College with the efforts of our founder Secreatary Late Sri V.K. Singh. For which we have got appreciation letter from Hon'ble PM of India, President of India and other eminent national personality.

* Minimum history upon entry
* Responds to emergencies and assists the medical officer
* Giving medicines and injections
* Maintaining all registers and records of patients in detoxification (such as blood pressure and urine sugar)
* Monitoring the work of ward boys and sweepers.
