Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts, cash book, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records of the FPC.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Maintain all statutory books, registers, stock records, and office records of the FPC.
- Prepare and maintain Board of Directors (BoD) meeting notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes of meetings.
- Draft official letters, maintain correspondence, and ensure proper filing and documentation.
- Facilitate counselling and coordination of BoD members, shareholders, producer groups, and farmers.
- Support statutory compliances including GST, TDS, audits, ROC-related documentation, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage office administration, procurement records, inventory management, and logistics.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, government departments, JSLPS officials, and other stakeholders.
- Any other duties assigned by the CEO or Board of Directors.
