About CmF
Centre for microFinance (CmF) (http://www.cmfraj.org/ ), is a not-for-profit organization set up jointly by a group of development practitioners and academicians in conjunction with the Tata Trusts, Rajasthan state government departments and NABARD in the year 2007. It was conceptualized as a resource organization to catalyse the growth of the community-based microfinance and rural livelihoods in Rajasthan. Training and capacity building of community institutions, government and non-government agencies, research and knowledge dissemination and direct implementation have been the key functions of CmF to achieve its objective. Since 2015, CmF has expanded its functional domain to include education, skilling, nutrition, water and sanitation. To scale up the learnings of its work, CmF currently serves as a technical partner to the state government’s rural livelihoods and education programs.
CmF has been implementing women entrepreneurship and youth skilling program in Alwar, Dausa and Karauli districts of Rajasthan. CmF works in partnership with Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (RGAVP) and other stakeholders to design and scale livelihood models including Dairy, Goat and non -farm entrepreneurship & youth skilling programs for SHG households.
CmF is actively seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to drive transformation in the lives of the underprivileged through -women entrepreneurship and youth skilling program for significant and sustainable changes in the lives of rural - communities.
Role Overview
We are seeking a development professional to support women entrepreneurship and youth skilling program. The Project Executive will support the implementation of entrepreneurship and livelihood promotion programs, working closely with SHG households, rural women, and youth. The role involves promoting farm-based and non-farm enterprises, strengthening entrepreneurship ecosystems, and facilitating skill development opportunities in rural communities.
Job Profile of the “Project Executive”
- Lead the implementation of entrepreneurship promotion activities at the block level.
- Promote farm-based and non-farm enterprises among rural women and youth.
- Provide handholding support and capacity building to CmF staff, CLF staff, and entrepreneurs.
- Coordinate with training institutions and industry partners for youth skill development and placement opportunities.
- Conduct entrepreneurship development and technical training programs.
- Organize field visits, exposure visits, and entrepreneurship training programs.
- Collect, analyze, and report project data, including MIS, narrative, and financial reports.
- Document success stories, best practices, lessons learned, and challenges.
- Facilitate access to government schemes, insurance services, and financial support for Potential Entrepreneurs.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the organization for program implementation.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate / Post graduate from a recognized institute/university.
- Experience in project implementation, community mobilization, training, monitoring
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Report writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively in project areas.
