About the Project
The SEHAT Project focuses on strengthening maternal and child health services in rural Bhiwandi through close collaboration with ICDS, Anganwadi Centres, ASHAs, and public health systems. The project aims to improve maternal health, child nutrition, immunization, newborn care, and family planning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor field activities across project areas.
• Support and mentor field staff, Anganwadi Workers, and ASHAs.
• Organize community awareness sessions, trainings, and events.
• Strengthen linkages with ICDS, health facilities, and local stakeholders.
• Track referrals, monitor program data, and ensure quality documentation.
• Conduct regular field visits and support implementation of health and nutrition interventions.

What We Are Looking For
• Strong interest in maternal and child health, nutrition, and community development.
• Experience working with public health systems and vulnerable communities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Willingness to travel extensively across rural Bhiwandi.
