Position Summary
The Senior Executive will provide operational and programmatic support in the implementation, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of CSR initiatives across the Indian subcontinent. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, implementation partners, government agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of CSR projects and compliance with statutory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination, Vendor & Partner Management:
• Coordinate with implementation partners, NGOs, consultants, agencies, and vendors for smooth execution of CSR projects.
• Support vendor onboarding, documentation, due diligence, agreement management, and invoice processing.
• Track deliverables, timelines, milestones, and reporting commitments of implementation partners and vendors.
• Follow up with partners for project updates, utilization certificates, supporting documents, and impact data.
• Assist in maintaining vendor and partner databases, contracts, and performance records.
Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain project records, documentation, photographs, utilization reports, and supporting evidence.
• Assist in collecting project data and tracking progress against approved targets and timelines.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual CSR reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Assist in impact assessment studies, baseline surveys, endline assessments, and project evaluations.
Compliance & Governance:
• Support compliance requirements under CSR regulations and internal governance processes.
• Maintain records related to project approvals, agreements, budgets, fund utilization, and partner documentation.
• Assist in preparing documents for CSR Committee meetings, Board reporting, and statutory disclosures.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build relationships with community leaders, government bodies, and partner organizations.
• Facilitate employee volunteering initiatives and internal engagement programs.
Communication & Knowledge Management:
• Assist in developing project case studies, success stories, newsletters, presentations, and impact documentation.
• Support collection of photographs, beneficiary testimonials, and project highlights for communication purposes.
• Coordinate with internal communication teams for CSR branding and visibility initiatives.
• Maintain project databases and knowledge management records.
Qualifications :
• Graduate degree in Social Work, Rural Management, Development Studies, Sustainability, MBA, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in CSR, ESG, sustainability, or social impact management will be an added advantage.
Experience :
• At least 2 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, development sector programs, NGO management, or social impact initiatives.
• Experience working with NGOs, implementation partners, consulting firms, or corporate CSR teams will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of CSR regulations, project monitoring, and reporting requirements is desirable.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Works closely with: CSR Team, CSR Finance Team and Implementation Partners
CTC:
• INR 5-7 Lacs / Annually (Negotiable depending on Experience).
