Job Summary
The Program Manager will lead and oversee Hyderabad Runners’ social impact, fundraising and advocacy initiatives. The role involves developing partnerships, preparing proposals, overseeing certain outreach programs, supporting marathon charity initiatives and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program and fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Hyderabad Runners in establishing and expanding social impact programs through strategic partnerships.
• Prepare proposals and concept notes for social impact initiatives and community programs.
• Support fundraising initiatives in coordination with the fundraising team.
• ? Oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of some of the outreach programs.
• Support advocacy initiatives promoting active lifestyles and community wellbeing.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders for marathon charity initiatives
• Engage with external stakeholders, partners, NGOs, donors, sponsors and institutions for program and fundraising support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including runners, core members, office bearers and volunteers, on strategy, work plans and outcomes.
• Track program progress, prepare reports and ensure achievement of agreed targets.
• Preparing Annual Budget for the various verticals of Hyderabad Runners.
Key Deliverables
• Achieve the agreed number of touchpoints for different social impact programs.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that strengthen Hyderabad Runners’ social impact initiatives.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals, reports and stakeholder updates.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social sciences, Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
Experience in program management, community development, CSR, NGO management or stakeholder engagement is preferred.
