Executive Associate
Organization: Tarun Bharat Sangh
Reporting To: Executive Director
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur. (with occasional travel)
Nature of Work: Primarily Office-based with occasional field visits

About Tarun Bharat Sangh
Tarun Bharat Sangh ( www.tarunbharatsangh.in ), founded in 1975 and led by Waterman of India Shri Rajendra Singh, is a grassroots organization dedicated to water conservation. Over the past five decades, TBS has worked extensively across Rajasthan to revive rivers, restore traditional water harvesting systems, and strengthen community-led natural resource management.
Position Overview
The person will work directly with the Executive Director and serve as a key member of the Executive Director's Office (EDO). The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual capable of managing strategic communications, donor engagement, proposal development, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and executive follow-ups.
The position is ideal for someone who can combine strong writing and communication skills with project coordination and relationship management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Coordination:
• Provide day-to-day support to the Executive Director in strategic and operational matters.
• Track action points, commitments, and organizational priorities on behalf of the Executive Director.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Support Governing Board, Executive Committee, and advisory meetings as required.
Proposal Development & Resource Mobilization:
• Lead and support preparation of project proposals, concept notes, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and grant applications.
• Research funding opportunities from CSR foundations, trusts, bilateral agencies, and philanthropic institutions.
• Coordinate with program and finance teams to develop project budgets and supporting documents.
• Maintain a database of donors, funding opportunities, and proposal submissions.
Donor Relations & External Communication:
• Coordinate communication with donors, CSR partners, consultants, and institutional stakeholders.
• Draft official correspondence, partnership communications, and donor updates.
• Support donor visits, meetings, presentations, and review processes.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective partners.
Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare high-quality donor reports, organizational reports, annual reports, and impact documents.
• Develop case studies, success stories, presentations, and communication materials.
• Ensure timely collection, compilation, and analysis of information from project teams.
• Support knowledge management and institutional documentation.
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Rural Development, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Management, Environmental Studies, Communications, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in NGOs, CSR, development consulting, foundations, or social enterprises.
• Fresh candidates with exceptional writing and analytical skills may also be considered.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to draft professional correspondence and donor communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Compensation:
INR 4.0 Lakh per annum (CTC), negotiable based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
