Darbar Sahitya Sansada (DSS) with support from its funding partner SHIVIA is currently implementing a program on Poultry and Agriculture in Kankadahad Block of Dhenkanal district, Odisha

Job Profile

Name of the position: Project Supervisor (Project Head)

Eligibility Criteria:
* Post Graduate/Masters in Social Work/Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Livestock management, Rural management or any relevant stream
* Good command on Odia, Hindi and English language is desirable.
* Should have computer knowledge and well conversant with MS Office (MS -word, Excel and Power point, Internet),
* The candidate should have done a course or have implementing experience in Poultry farming and Agriculture
Duties and Responsibilities:
* To Co-Ordinate, plan and supervise the assigned program.
* To report the progress of the program according to agreed standards on monthly basis.
* Over all planning, Monitoring, Implementation and reporting of the assigned program time to time to DSS as well as to Donor agency.
* To control assigned budget and plan the activities to be conducted as per action plan, materialize timely, proper documentation, report writing and placing with quarterly, half yearly and yearly as and when required by the donor agency.
* To lead a team of 4 LSPs (Livelihood Service Providers) in the field.
* Follow up mails and reply them as and when required as per DSS need at agreed standard.
* To conduct extensive field work, field visit, Community engagement.
* To do community mobilisation coordination with Govt. and other stakeholders.
* Managing the day-to-day operation of the programme, Networking, coordination and liasioning with Donor, DSS head office, team and Community.

* Remuneration: Rs.43,000/-(CTC)

* TA/DA will be separate and as per organization policy.
