About the Role

We are looking for energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented professionals who are passionate about interacting with people and generating admissions through field mobilization and outreach activities.

The Mobilization & Outreach Officer will play a crucial role in creating awareness about DGCA (Govt. of India) approved Drone Pilot Training programs, counseling prospective candidates, building institutional partnerships, and converting leads into admissions.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy travelling, networking, meeting new people, conducting presentations, and working in a performance-driven environment.

*Nature of the Job

* Full-Time Field Role

This is not an office-based position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for extensive field visits within the assigned territory, including educational institutions, training centres, industries, NGOs, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Common Service Centres (CSCs), youth organizations, employment exchanges, coaching institutes, panchayats, and other potential outreach locations.

Daily field travel is an essential part of this role.

*Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Mobilization
Identify and mobilize eligible candidates for DGCA-approved Drone Pilot Training.
Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions.
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Build trust with students, parents, professionals, and institutions.

- Outreach Activities
Visit colleges, universities, ITIs, polytechnics, skill centres, coaching institutes, CSCs, NGOs, industries, and community organizations.
Organize awareness campaigns, seminars, and promotional events.
Develop local referral networks.

- Institutional Partnerships
Build relationships with educational institutions and local organizations.
Coordinate institutional presentations and career guidance sessions.
Maintain long-term partnerships.

- Lead Management
Generate quality leads through field activities.
Maintain candidate database.
Conduct regular follow-ups.
Ensure timely admission closures.

- Reporting
Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR).
Share visit reports, photographs, lead details, and follow-up status.
Participate in daily review meetings with the reporting manager.

*Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Experience in admissions, counseling, marketing, field sales, business development, education, or outreach will be preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Smartphone and basic computer knowledge.

Fixed Salary: 24,000 per month

(Applicable only upon achieving the prescribed minimum monthly admission target.)

Monthly Admission Target: Minimum Target: 10-15 Confirmed Admissions

Performance Incentives

In addition to the fixed salary, attractive performance incentives will be paid for admissions secured beyond the prescribed minimum target, as per the organization's approved incentive policy.

High-performing employees will have the opportunity to earn significantly above the fixed salary through incentive-based rewards.

Performance-Based Compensation Policy

This is a performance-driven role designed for professionals who believe in delivering measurable results.

Fixed remuneration shall be applicable only upon achievement of the prescribed minimum monthly admission target.
If the minimum target is not achieved, remuneration will be calculated solely on the basis of confirmed admissions secured by the employee, as per the approved incentive structure.
No confirmed admissions shall result in no remuneration for the respective period.
Operational support, travel reimbursement, fuel reimbursement, and other expenses shall be processed only against approved, result-oriented field activities and in accordance with the organization's reimbursement policy.

*Reporting Structure

The selected candidate shall report directly to the CEO or any authorized reporting manager designated by the organization.

Submission of Daily Activity Reports (DAR) is mandatory.
