About the Programme
The Madhya Pradesh NIPUN Professionals Program supports the Government of Madhya Pradesh in strengthening the implementation of the NIPUN Bharat Mission. The program places young professionals within district administrations to improve foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) outcomes through governance strengthening, data-driven decision-making, capacity building, and effective programme implementation.
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Support district-level implementation of NIPUN Bharat.
  • Strengthen planning, monitoring, and review mechanisms.
  • Analyse programme and learning data to inform decision-making.
  • Build capacity of education functionaries and mentors.
  • Conduct field visits and support stakeholder coordination.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for district and state-level reviews.
Eligibility 
  • Indian citizen.
  • 29 years of age or below as on 15 August 2026.
  • Undergraduate degree from a recognised university (master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
  • At least one year of relevant full-time work experience.
  • Working proficiency in Hindi and English.
