SHARE INDIA is a public health organization that has been partnering with government health systems since 1986 to strengthen health programmes through research, technical assistance, and implementation support.
Applications are invited for multiple short-term consultancy positions under the TB–MNCH Integration Project, an innovative implementation initiative being implemented by SHARE INDIA with support from JSI under the Tuberculosis Implementation Framework Agreement (TIFA Bharat) in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
The project seeks to strengthen the integration of tuberculosis (TB) services within routine maternal healthcare by embedding TB screening, diagnosis, treatment support, TB preventive treatment, and referral services into antenatal and postnatal care platforms. Working closely with government health systems, the project aims to improve early identification and comprehensive care for pregnant and postpartum women while generating implementation evidence to inform future scale-up.
Nature of Engagement: Short-Term Consultancy
Assignment Duration: August 2026 – March 2027
Consultants will be engaged for the duration of the project, subject to satisfactory performance, organizational policies, and project requirements. Detailed job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and application instructions are provided below.
DIGITAL SAHAYAK
No of positions: 8 locations: ALLURI SITHARAMA RAJU (ASR) district , Anakapalli (Andhra Pradesh ); Suryapet / Sangareddy (Telangana State )
Position summary
The Digital Sahayak will support the effective use of digital health systems and data management processes at the field level. The role will assist healthcare providers with data entry, record management, reporting, and troubleshooting of digital platforms used by the project. The Digital Sahayak will help ensure accurate and timely information flow, strengthen data quality, and support the use of digital tools for programme monitoring and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
• Support implementation and effective use of digital health platforms and information systems used by the project and government health programmes.
• Facilitate timely and accurate data entry, verification, reconciliation, and reporting across relevant digital platforms.
• Assist healthcare providers and frontline workers in maintaining complete and accurate beneficiary records.
• Support tracking of service delivery data, referrals, diagnostic outcomes, and treatment linkages through digital systems.
• Provide field-level technical assistance and troubleshooting support for digital tools and applications.
• Monitor data quality and work with project teams to address reporting gaps and inconsistencies.
• Generate routine reports and data summaries to support programme monitoring and decision-making.
• Facilitate digital capacity-building of frontline health workers through on-site guidance and user support.
• Document technical issues, coordinate their resolution with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to strengthening digital workflows and system utilization.
Qualifications and experience
• BCA / BSc (Computer Science/IT) / Diploma in Computer Applications or any graduate
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data entry, reporting, and reconciliation in a government health programme
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, WhatsApp coordination, and mobile data capture tools
• Telugu proficiency mandatory
