Uttar Pradesh Welfare for People Living with HIV/AIDS Society is a Community based organization representing the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV). UPNPplus promotes holistic and participatory approach for community empowerment and gives priority to PLHIV.
UPNPplus invites applications for eligible candidates for the post of CSC Coordinator for Saharanpur district in CSC-2.0 SSHAKTI Program.

Job Title: - CSC Coordinator (CC)

Salary-16000/ Monthly
Location: - Saharanpur, UP

Key Responsibility: -
1. Manage, execute, and monitor all activities under CSC 2.0.
2. Coordinate with key stakeholders, SLN, DLN, SACS, DAPCU/DISHA, and other departments.
3. Collaborate with M&E cum Finance Officer and CLH for cost-effective project implementation and monitoring.
4. Establish communication with SR and PR as necessary and ensure timely submission of monthly and quarterly reports.
5. Oversee all capacity building activities, including the development and monitoring of weekly work plans.
6. Conduct regular meetings, address gaps, and assume a leadership role in resolving identified issues.
7. Establish linkages with service providers, particularly ART centers, and ensure robust referral systems.
8. Ensure CSC 2.0 activities adhere to SOP and align with NACP V requirements.
9. Provide overall supervision for additional CSC 2.0 activities, such as linkages, social protection schemes, and treatment services.
10. Supervise all M&E operations, guaranteeing the weekly collection and entry of field data into the MIS.
11. Maintain inventory and stock registers.
12. Conduct periodic field visits independently or with CLH and staff from SR and PR.
13. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Programme Manager.

Qualification & Experiences: -
Post graduate with 2 years relevant experience or graduate with more than 3 years of experience.
Competencies & Skills: -
1. Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality
3. Working exposure in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

Collaborate with the CSC 2.0 team for timely program report submissions, compiling and validating data in designated tools, and addressing areas for improvement. Extending support to Outreach in data recording and Validation of data in the field.
