Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Implementation Officer to oversee the execution of our skill-based training programs and drive beneficiary placements. In this role, you will coordinate with trainers, engage local stakeholders, and build strong partnerships with industry employers to secure job opportunities for the beneficiaries. This position requires frequent Pan-India travel to conduct field visits, attend job fairs, manage placement records, and prepare program reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective implementation of skill-based training programs.
• Coordinate with trainers, partner institutions, and local stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners for beneficiary placements.
• Maintain accurate records of beneficiary progress, placement data, and reporting.
• Prepare timely reports as per program guidelines.
• Undertake frequent, extensive travel across various Indian states to meet with beneficiaries, build industry relationships, attend job fairs, and conduct on-site company visits.

Minimum Requirement:
• Graduate in any field (Preferred Social or HR background)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in implementation, placement, or coordination roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Canva and documentation
