Base Location: Ahmedabad/Bharuch/Surat/Bhavnagar( will be expected to travel to various locations)
Years of Experience: 6-8 years
CTC: Up to Rs 7 Lakhs per annum
Job Description:
Synergie is one of the fastest-growing social enterprises, working with corporates, non-profits, and government organizations on their Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Our mission is to help create a net positive impact on the planet by providing consulting, grassroots implementation, and techfor-good solutions that enable our clients to implement and scale their CSR initiatives effectively.
We are currently looking for a Program Manager – Social Impact to lead the grassroots implementation of various social projects. The ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships with corporate and government departments and be able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the social sector.
Responsibilities:
• Lead grassroots implementation of projects across identified social themes.
• Manage and oversee project teams, ensuring seamless execution on the ground.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporates, government departments, and media.
• Advocate for social issues through collaborative efforts with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and design project frameworks, including the identification of KPIs and tracking methodologies to measure impact.
• Create impactful case studies and testimonials to showcase project successes across social media platforms.
• Organize and execute various activities such as steering groups, campaign days, conferences, and workshops.
• Ensure strong documentation and reporting aligned with program needs and stakeholder requirements.

• Stakeholder Management: Capable of handling senior-level client meetings with corporate and government officials.
• Multitasking: Strong ability to manage a complex and varied workload, ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects.
• Field Presence: Willingness to travel and a strong on-the-ground presence.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, with strong PowerPoint skills.
Qualifications:
• 6-8 years of experience in the social sector, with proven expertise in program and project management.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading teams.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing grassroots projects.
