Design and deliver training programmes for farmers, field staff, FPOs, SHGs, rural entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders in agriculture, dairy , fisheries , goatry, FPO
Develop training modules, manuals, presentations, handouts, case studies, and other knowledge materials in agriculture and allied sectors in agriculture, dairy , fisheries , goatry, FPO
Conduct field-based research, baseline studies, needs assessments, surveys, and impact assessments.
Undertake primary and secondary data collection, analysis, interpretation, and documentation.
Provide technical guidance on crop production, improved agricultural practices, soil and nutrient management, pest and disease management, climate-resilient agriculture, and sustainable farming practices.
Support demonstration plots, farmer field schools, exposure visits, and capacity-building programmes.
Identify location-specific agricultural challenges and recommend practical interventions.
Document best practices, success stories, case studies, research findings, and field learnings.
Prepare technical reports, research reports, training reports, concept notes, project documents, and presentations.
Coordinate with government departments, agricultural universities, KVKs, research institutions, NGOs, FPOs, and other stakeholders.
Support the development and implementation of agriculture and rural livelihood projects.
Monitor field activities and assess the effectiveness and adoption of recommended agricultural practices.
Travel extensively within Bihar and Jharkhand as required.
