About the Role

Team Triguna is looking for dynamic and proactive School Coordinators to support the implementation of the Kids Mindset Awareness Drive across multiple cities.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships and experience with schools, excellent communication and mobilisation skills, and the ability to coordinate and facilitate awareness sessions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
1. School Mobilisation & Relationship Management
2. Identify and onboard schools for program implementation.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, management, teachers and coordinators.
4. Coordinate with schools to obtain permissions and finalize session schedules.
5. Mobilise schools and students as per assigned city-wise targets.
6. Maintain a database of schools and key contacts.
7. Session Coordination & Delivery
8. Coordinate and support smooth delivery of Kids Mindset Awareness sessions in schools.
9. Ensure required arrangements are in place before each session.
10. Coordinate with trainers/facilitators and school representatives.
11. Ensure sessions are conducted as per approved program guidelines and schedule.
12. Resolve on-ground issues and escalate critical challenges promptly.
13. Student Mobilisation & Engagement
14. Coordinate with teachers to ensure maximum student participation.
15. Support student registration and attendance tracking.
16. Encourage active student participation during awareness activities.
17. Ensure sessions are conducted in an inclusive, safe and student-friendly environment.

Reporting & Documentation
1. Maintain daily records of schools and students covered.
2. Submit daily/weekly MIS reports as required.
3. Maintain attendance and participation records.
4. Collect photographs, videos and other program documentation.
5. Share regular progress updates, challenges and achievements.
6. Field Coordination
7. Coordinate closely with the Project Manager/Regional Coordinator.
8. Plan daily school visits and field movement.
9. Track progress against assigned targets.
10. Support monitoring, impact assessment and effectiveness checks.

Key Skills & Competencies
1. Strong school network and school mobilisation skills – mandatory.
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Experience in school-based programs, workshops, awareness campaigns or CSR projects preferred.
4. Strong field execution and coordination abilities.
5. Good interpersonal skills with school authorities, teachers and students.
6. Ability to manage multiple schools and activities simultaneously.
7. Good documentation and reporting skills.
8. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
9. Willingness to travel locally within the assigned city.
10. Target-oriented, proactive and solution-focused approach.

Eligibility
1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
3. Candidates with existing school contacts/network will be strongly preferred.
4. Experience in education, CSR, NGO/social-sector programs, school mobilisation or community engagement is an advantage.
5. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Salary & Compensation

20,000 – 25,000 per month, or as per last salary drawn and relevant experience.

The final compensation will be discussed based on the candidate's experience, existing school network, relevant skills and last drawn salary.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be someone who can open doors in schools, build strong relationships with school authorities, mobilise students effectively and ensure smooth delivery of sessions on the ground.

Candidates with a strong local school network and hands-on experience in school mobilisation, coordination and session delivery will be given preference.
