Humana People to People India (HPPI) is a national development organization working to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable communities through community-based, people-centered interventions. HPPI partners with government agencies, development partners, and local communities to implement programs in health, education, livelihoods, environment and community development. The SWASTHYA Haryana Project will improve screening coverage among vulnerable populations, increase identification of people with presumptive TB , strengthen referral pathways, improve the operational efficiency of HHX deployment, and build the capacity of frontline health workers for long-term implementation.

Job Title : CAMP COORDINATOR

About the Project
Humana People to People India (HPPI) invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for field positions under the SWASTHYA Haryana Project. The project focuses on community-level integrated screening for Tuberculosis, Diabetes, Hypertension and Anaemia through village-level screening camps, community mobilization, early identification, referral and linkage to appropriate health services.
Role Purpose
To ensure effective planning, organization and coordination of village-level screening camps.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate screening camps in assigned villages/locations.
• Coordinate with Community Mobilizers, Part-time Volunteers and field staff.
• Ensure proper registration and smooth flow of beneficiaries.
• Coordinate TB and NCD screening as per project protocols.
• Ensure availability of required materials, forms and camp resources.
• Coordinate with frontline health workers and local stakeholders.
• Facilitate referral and follow-up of beneficiaries requiring further services.
• Maintain camp-level records and documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of field reports and data.
• Monitor camp functioning and address operational issues.
Qualification & Experience
• Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
• Interest in community health, public health and social development.
• 1–2 years of field-level experience is preferred.
• Experience in community mobilization, public health programmes or development projects will be an advantage.
Key Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with communities and frontline workers.
• Willingness to work in field locations and travel within the assigned district.
• Ability to maintain basic documentation and reports.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
