Programme Manager - (Health / Education / Environment / Livelihood / Skill Development)

Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant sectoral experience.
Compensation: Up to Rs.75,000 per month (CTC) based on last drawn salary and relevant experience
About the Role
Innovative Project Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (IPMS) is looking for experienced sector specialists to independently manage corporate partnerships and CSR programmes within a specific thematic domain.
The selected candidate will be assigned one sector only based on his/her demonstrated expertise:
- Health
- Education
- Environment
- Livelihood/Skill Development
The Programme Manager will own the complete programme lifecycle—from engaging with corporates and securing projects to overseeing implementation and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Engagement & Business Development
- Conduct technical deliberations with qualified corporate lead prospects
- Understand the requirements of the prospective corporates based on sector relevance and geographical alignment.
- Conduct presentations and understand CSR priorities of the corporation.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders.
- Represent IPMS at conferences and stakeholder meetings.
Proposal Development
- Understand the donor requirements and translate them into technically sound CSR proposals.
- Present proposals to corporations and incorporate their feedback.
- Lead the technical round of deliberations, leading them to closure.
- Deliberations with the implementation agencies during the design phase
Programme Management
Post-contractual signing of the initiative:
- Coordinate project initiation.
- Work closely with implementation agencies.
- Monitor project execution and timelines.
- Review programme deliverables and quality.
- Ensure smooth management throughout implementation and reporting
Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing agencies.
- Identify opportunities for project expansion and renewals.
- Drive repeat engagements during subsequent quarters and financial years.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships.
Travel
The role requires Pan-India travel for:
- Corporate meetings
- Client presentations
- Project monitoring
- Conferences
- Stakeholder consultations
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Corporate engagement and client acquisition.
- Proposal quality and timely submission.
- Project implementation oversight.
- Client retention and repeat business.
- Sectoral relationship development.
- Achievement of departmental revenue targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (Public Health, Social Work, Rural Development, Environmental Sciences, Education, Development Studies, Management, or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the assigned sector.
- Strong understanding of CSR ecosystem and corporate engagement.
- Proven experience in proposal writing and project management.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
