Job Description:
Proven experience as a teacher.
Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices.
Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
Provide individualized instruction to each participated teacher and student by promoting interactive learning.
Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.).
Design, facilitate, and teach the computer instruction to the teacher and students.
Prepare to execute lesson plans, assign tasks, evaluate student work and progress.
Develop course syllabus, assess, supervise, and motivate teacher and students.
Assess and record teachers and students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
Generating progress report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.
Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
Participate in regular meetings.
Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
Use professional discretion and judgment in managing students in the classroom setting.
Other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Min 2 years of experience as a computer trainer /coach in schools, colleges, or any institutes like MS-CIT/Computer training centers.
Knowledge of Computer Software, MS-Office and Digital Learning Program.
BCA/MSC/ B.sc Computer Science or any graduate having command over computer training.
Must be proficient in MS Office and internet surfing and should be knowledgeable to train the teachers and students on computer operation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to develop a rapport with students in the classroom.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Maintain professional demeanor and ethics at all times.
Experience working with school teachers and students preferred.
Experience working in computer labs and with assisting patrons with computer usage preferred.
