Institute for Research and Growth (IRG), registered in 2016, is a non-governmental secular organization engaged in human development through research and education in India vis-à-vis livelihood, skill empowerment, agriculture, health and nutrition, employment etc. in targeted geographies.
IRG works with the vision of “Working together in building a world that is healthy, just, equitable, empowered and inclusive”. The organization has the experience of working extensively on community based maternal, new born, child and adolescent health. It provides clinic based services along with community based health education activities, organize health camps, and integrate with Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), Department of Health along with capacity building of frontline functionaries.
IRG works with government machinery reaching up to the population which are being left untouched by the state heads owing to various factors. There is effective and strategic engagement in advocacy and lobbying with government entities for sustainable and systematic solutions.
The organization adopts a holistic approach, by embracing, educating and empowering the targeted population in their social environment

Job Summary
The Project Associate will play a dual role supporting both programme implementation and administrative operations of iRG. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning, coordination, documentation, field-level monitoring, as well as supporting internal administration, logistics, and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Support
• Assist in planning and coordination of project activities at field level.
• Support in organizing community outreach events, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Conduct field visits and collect data, stories, photos, and feedback from beneficiaries.
• Draft project reports, case studies, presentations, and documentation for donors and stakeholders.
• Maintain project MIS/data tracking systems, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
• Coordinate with field staff, community volunteers, and government functionaries.
• Assist in preparing project proposals.
Administrative Support
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and office correspondence.
• Assist in procurement processes and maintaining inventory records.
• Support in maintaining project related HR records, attendance, and timesheets.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Development Studies, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in NGO/project-based roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Salary & Benefits: 3 – 3.6 Lakhs per annum
