Role Details Designation: Assistant Manager – Placement
Reporting To: Manager – Corporate Relations
Location: Gurgaon | Delhi | Noida

Role Objective Responsible for providing placements to students in relevant IT-domain jobs and monitoring the student life cycle to ensure standard outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify major employers for urban placement opportunities for Anudip students.
• Support pre-placement profiling and align students to company requirements.
• Develop placement partnerships with HR leaders and hiring managers.
• Coordinate with training centers on placement activities and student tracking.
• Generate placement-linked revenue for the organization.
• Maintain all pre-placement and post-placement documentation.
• Manage and update the student placement database.
• Brief students on job opportunities and employer expectations.
• Conduct job market and industry studies.
• Coordinate regularly with managers and trainers.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the organization.

Desired Profile
• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in placements within skilling, training, or educational institutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with patience and perseverance.
• Good corporate network and relationship-management capabilities.
• Passion for social impact and working with underserved communities.
• Experience in student placements and corporate tie-ups.
