We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Executive to execute and manage Anveshana
Program of Agastya International Foundation. As the Program Executive, you will be responsible for executing
all aspects of the program including collaborating with Engineering Colleges and Government Schools,
approaching new colleges, arranging project reviews, and organizing the final event with the regional team
and for managing different responsibilities including planning and liaison with different stakeholders. (More

The Program Executive will work along with regional field team as well as program team to coordinate and
execute strategies and collaborate with external parties to promote events.

The Program Executive of Anveshana position is with Agastya International Foundation which is a nonprofit
organization that is headquartered in Bangalore, India. The organization operates in 24 states of India and is

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Additional degree in Social Work or related field will be an advantage.
• 1+ years of experience working with an NGO or institution working in the field of Education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities: The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Creating awareness of and developing the brand for Anveshana in regions.
• Onboarding new engineering colleges as targeted, and communicating with target audiences to build
and develop relationships and get registrations.
• Approaching Director/ HODs/ Point of Contacts in the engineering colleges approached in previous
editions for participation in this year.
• Identify suitable resource persons in coordination with Regional Manager and Program Manager for
screening of registered projects and later stages of project reviews.
• Communication and detailed orientation of college students and their guides of the procedure ahead.
• Identify school students and then coordinate, plan, and supervise the interaction among college
students (mentors) and school students (mentees) for effective transfer of knowledge.
• Organize periodic reviews of the projects.
• Identify opportunities to arrange discussion with experts from eminent institutions.
• Identify the opportunities to promote the event at different platforms.
• Plan the schedule of final event in advance with regional team.
• Obtain necessary permissions for participating and visiting school children.
• Oversee the final event and ensure the delivery of each of the experiences in the event.
Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as college faculty, school teachers, administrators, Govt.
officials, external resource persons, partner/ donor, college students, school students, parents,
dignitaries, different departments within Agastya.
• Document and report the work, observations, and such requirements as and when needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Creativity in developing strategies and campaigns.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify target audiences and develop effective onboarding
strategies.
• Drive and self-motivation to meet and exceed onboarding targets.
• A flexible approach to work and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Computer and AI proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, AI Tools) to manage data and reports.
• Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships with internal and external parties.
• IT and social media skills to support marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
• Ability to assess children's learning and development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attitude and Dispositions:
• Commitment to working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Patient, understanding, flexible, and adaptable.
• Should be ready to travel 15 days/ month or as required.
