Capacity Building Manager

Job location- Dhar (Madhya Pradesh)

a) Eligibility criteria
i) Must be in the age group 30-45 years.
ii) Master’s degree in social work/Social Studies.
iii) Minimum 4-5 years of work experience with an NGO focusing on nutrition/ health/ sanitation-related programmes at
block/district level.
iv) At least two years’ experience in developing training materials and building capacities of frontline workers and project staff.
v) Experience in working in district/ blocks inhabited by tribes.
vi) Good communication skills, especially in English, Hindi and local dialects of the tribes.

b) Job responsibility
i) To prepare annual training calendar.
ii) To conduct training needs assessment.
iii) To organise training programmes for Créche Caregivers and other project staff
iv) To provide resource person support for training Créche Caregivers.
v) To assess the quality of the training using specific assessment formats.
vi) To regularly monitor the créches and assess the skills of Créche Caregivers and provide regular hand-holding support.
vii) To organise refresher training as per the needs.
viii)To document innovations and learnings of Créche Caregivers who have demonstrated considerable skills in managing the créches.
ix) Identify poor performing Créche Caregivers and provide regular hand holding support.
x) Maintain training database of all the training and assessments.

Monthly withdrawn salary not less than Rs. 35,000 per month and ready to join within 15 days after final selection.
