Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Job location- Dhar (Madhya Pradesh)

a) Eligibility criteria
i) Must be in the age group 30-45 years.
ii) Master’s degree in social work/ Social Studies/ Statistics.
iii) Minimum 4-5 years of experience of working with an NGO focused on nutrition/ health/ sanitation-related programmes at block/ district level.
iv) At least three years’ experience in working in the capacity of M&E Manager.
v) Knowledge in handling software applications for MIS.

b) Job responsibility
i) Monitor all project activities, expenditures, and progress towards achieving the project output.
ii) Provide feedback to the Programme Manager on project strategies and activities.
iii) Suggest strategies to the Programme Manager for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimise or eliminate such bottlenecks.
iv) Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on project activities.
v) Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Programme Manager in preparing relevant reports.
vi) Help project staffs in using M&E tools.
vii) Organise and conduct training on M&E/MIS for project staff.
viii)Provide inputs and update information related to project outcomes.
ix) Assist Programme Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on project progress based on MIS reports on project activities.
x) Document case studies and learnings for dissemination.
xi) Validate the data collected from the field.
xii) To visit créches for monitoring the quality of the project activities and provide regular feedback to the project team.
xiii)To facilitate the team in organising baseline survey and impact assessments.

Monthly withdrawn salary not less than Rs. 30,000 per month and ready to join within 15 days after final selection.
