Location : Dehradun

Experience: 1–2 years

Salary: Rs 15,000 – Rs 20,000/month

Working Days: 6 days/week

About the Role:
We're looking for an HR Assistant to manage on ground HR operations in Dehradun — hiring coordination, attendance, payroll inputs, and staff support for field-based teams.

What you’ll do:
• Support hiring for on ground/field roles, ensuring all recruitment follows standard process
• Track staff joining’s and exits, and report to HR regularly
• Maintain attendance records, including extra hours and holiday work
• Coordinate leave and incentive tracking for field staff as per company policy
• Track working hours for field/contract staff engaged through third-party arrangements
• Maintain accurate payroll input data (attendance, hours, leaves) for monthly processing
• Act as the local point of contact between field teams and central HR

Must-Have:
• 1–2 years HR experience, ideally with field/multi-location exposure
• Working knowledge of payroll processes (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliation)
• Willing to travel locally within Dehradun as needed

Good to Have:

HRMS tool experience
Background in healthcare or field operations
