1. Understand the NRich ECCE Content and Technology
Develop a strong working understanding of the NRich ECCE program so that field-level implementation can be assessed meaningfully.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand the structure of the NRich ECCE curriculum, including learning outcomes, activities and Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs).
- Become familiar with how activities are expected to be conducted in ICDS/Anganwadi classrooms.
- Understand the use of digital TLMs and technology platforms used by teachers, including WhatsApp/chatbot-based access.
- Understand the intended relationship between curriculum, classroom activity, teacher support and student observation.

2. Connect with the Field and Gather Implementation Data
Maintain regular engagement with the people responsible for implementation on the ground.

Key stakeholders will include:
. Anganwadi workers / teachers
. ICDS Supervisors
. CDPOs
. Field Facilitators
. Cluster-level teams
. Master Trainers

Responsibilities include:
. Conduct regular field visits across the 5 Gram Panchayats.
. Speak directly with teachers and Anganwadi workers to understand how the program is being used.
. Gather structured information on activity adoption, TLM usage, digital engagement, teacher participation and implementation challenges.
. Engage with ICDS Supervisors and CDPOs to understand implementation progress and operational concerns.
. Validate whether reported implementation data reflects actual classroom practice.
. Identify schools or centres requiring additional support.
. Maintain clear and updated implementation records.
. Summarize field findings and highlight areas requiring management attention.
. Follow up on identified issues until they are resolved or appropriately escalated.

3. Monitor Program Adoption
Develop a clear picture of whether NRich ECCE is progressing as expected across approximately 170 centres/schools.
Monitor indicators such as:

Number of centres actively implementing the program.
Frequency of activities being conducted.
Teacher participation and engagement.
Usage of physical TLMs.
Usage of digital TLMs / chatbot support.
Completion of training and orientation activities.
Common teacher queries or implementation challenges.
Master Trainer engagement with assigned schools and teachers.
Support required at school, Supervisor or CDPO level.

4. Lead and Coordinate the Master Trainers
Provide day-to-day implementation leadership to all Master Trainers supporting the ICDS program.

Responsibilities include:

- Set clear priorities and expectations for Master Trainers.
- Allocate schools, centres or geographic responsibilities as required.
- Conduct regular review meetings with the Master Trainer team.
- Ensure consistency in how training, demonstration and field support are delivered.
- Review observations and feedback collected by Master Trainers.
- Coach Master Trainers on content, facilitation and field problem-solving.
- Ensure important field issues are escalated quickly.
- Identify capability gaps and organize refresher training where required.
- Build a collaborative team culture focused on supporting teachers rather than only monitoring them.

5. Support Curriculum and Activity Improvement
Bring practical field experience into the continued improvement of the NRich ECCE curriculum.

Responsibilities include:

- Review whether activities are practical for real ICDS classroom conditions.
- Gather teacher feedback on activities and TLMs.
- Identify content that teachers find difficult to understand or conduct.
- Assess whether instructions are sufficiently simple and clear.
- Provide structured feedback to the curriculum/content team.
- Contribute to adapting activities based on classroom realities while preserving the intended learning outcomes.
- Support testing of new or revised activities where required.
- Prior experience with curriculum design, learning outcomes or activity-based pedagogy will therefore be valuable.

6. Coordinate Problem-Solving Across Teams
Act as an implementation bridge between the field and Abha's internal teams.
Coordinate with relevant teams on:

- Curriculum/content questions
- Teacher training requirements
- Physical TLM availability
- Digital TLM or chatbot issues
- Field logistics
- Data collection
- Implementation monitoring
The role should ensure that field concerns do not remain as isolated observations but are converted into clear actions and followed through.
