Uttar Pradesh Welfare for People Living with HIV/AIDS Society is a community-based organization representing the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV). UPNPplus promotes holistic and participatory approach for community empowerment and gives priority to PLHIV.

UPNPplus invites applications for eligible candidates for the post of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) for Pratapgarh district in CSC-2.0 SSHAKTI Program.

Job Title: - Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

Post-01
Salary-13,000/ Monthly
Location: - Pratapgarh, UP

Key Responsibility: -
1. Collaborate closely with the Project Coordinator (PC) and other staff members of the CSC 2.0 for timely submission of programme reports/ data.
2. Compilation of data in prescribed tools/MIS system and generate/prepare the reports/ and submission of same to SR.
3. Ensure validation and tracking of data and share the shortcomings with Project Coordinators for improvement.
4. Take up any other work assigned by Project Coordinator

Qualification & Experiences: -
Bachelor degree/Computer diploma/certificate and data Management
Competencies & Skills: -
1. Computer Skills- MS-OFFICE (Excel, Word, Internet, Power Point).
2. Good Communication (verbal & written in English & Hindi)
3. Ability to maintain data confidentiality
5. Good presentation skills
6. Working exposure in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
Objective of the Project:
Collaborate with the Project Coordinator and CSC 2.0 team for timely program report submissions, compiling and validating data in designated tools, and addressing areas for improvement.
Purpose of Visit:
Extending support to Outreach in data recording and Validation of data in the field.
