About the Organization:
Pragati Prayas Samajik Sewa Sanstha (PPSSS) is a registered NGO with 20+ years of grassroots presence across tribal and rural regions of Chhattisgarh. The organization works on livelihood promotion, skill development, natural resource management, women empowerment, and enterprise creation. PPSSS has strong partnerships with NABARD, TRIFED, KVIC, and other government and CSR agencies.

Position Overview:
PPSSS invites applications for two Rural Enterprise Development Executive positions under the Micro Enterprises Promotion Programme (MEPP) in Dantewada district. The programme aims to promote 500 micro-enterprises over five years, ensuring sustainable livelihoods through credit linkage, enterprise development, and business development services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and motivate potential entrepreneurs in rural/tribal areas.
- Facilitate credit linkage with banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and other financial institutions.
- Provide business development services (BDS) including skill upgradation, marketing linkages, and technology support.
- Assist in preparation of project reports and securing finance.
- Support entrepreneurs in machinery selection, installation, and commencement of production.
- Organize sensitization workshops, training programmes, and capacity building activities.
- Maintain beneficiary database and ensure Udyam registration.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in livelihood promotion, enterprise development, or similar projects.
- Strong communication skills in local languages (Halbi/Gondi) and Hindi.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, internet, digital tools).
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong field-level commitment.

Remuneration:
20,000 per month (with 10% annual increment as per programme norms).
