Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Outreach & Mobilization
Identify and engage unemployed or underemployed youth for skill development programs.
Build strong relationships with community leaders, NGOs, schools, and other stakeholders to facilitate youth mobilization.
Conduct awareness campaigns, meetings, and sessions to promote training opportunities.
2. Youth Identification & Selection
Screen and shortlist eligible youth based on program criteria.
Provide career guidance and counseling to help youth select appropriate training programs.
Ensure inclusivity by reaching out to marginalized and disadvantaged groups.
3. Communication & Awareness Creation
Develop and distribute informational materials (brochures, posters, social media content, etc.).
Organize community events, door-to-door visits, and digital outreach campaigns.
Use social media and other digital platforms to reach a wider audience.
4. Registration & Enrollment Support
Assist youth with application and registration procedures.
Maintain accurate records of interested and enrolled candidates.
Coordinate with training providers to facilitate smooth admissions.
5. Monitoring & Follow-up
Track attendance and engagement of enrolled participants.
Provide mentorship and motivation to ensure youth complete their training.
Assist in linking trained youth with employment or further skill enhancement opportunities.

Knowledge of local job market trends and skill training programs.
Counseling and motivational skills.
Digital and social media outreach experience is a plus.
Record-keeping and reporting skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in youth mobilization, community work, or skill development programs.
Experience in working with NGOs, government agencies, or employment services is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel within assigned communities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
Passion for youth empowerment and skill development
