Location: Jalpaiguri, Howrah, West Bengal

Reporting: Home In Charges

Assignment: Residential Position as House Mother (24 hour stay at inside Home)

About the Organization: Howrah Service To The Poor Social Welfare And Community Development Centre formerly known as Howrah South Point Social Welfare And Community Development Centre is a non profit organization working for 50 years for the poorest of the poor people for their social development. The mission of the organization is to work for the integrated growth of the challenged and differently abled children, the sick and destitute through rehabilitation programs, specialized education and preventive and curative health activities. The motto of the organization is that the organization will go to the poor people and address their problem and help them to come out from their problem.

Key Responsibilities:

Rehabilitation of Children- Safety and security of Children, Education, Extra Curriculum, Physical Training, Individual file maintaining.

Maintain Health and Hygiene- Quality and quantity of healthy nutrients, Medical checkup and follow up, Surgical intervention (if applicable)

Administrative Works- Support administrator work as per the direction of Reporting Head.

Correspondence with stakeholders- Correspondence with volunteers/ Donor, Local Shop Keeper/ Vendor, Communicate with Teachers

Any other job assigned by the higher authority- Emergency support or provides support in other departments as required.

Qualification:

• Madhyamik/ HS/ Graduates

Gender: Female (Age 18 to 45) & Only 1 position for Male

Experience:

• 0 to 5 years working in Residential Home.

Salary: Negotiable and will not be a constraint for the deserving candidates.
