About the Role
We are looking for a Jr. Training Executive – Quality Assurance who will play a critical role in shaping the learning experience of our students.
At the heart of this role is a simple but powerful responsibility:
ensuring that every student receives thoughtful, high-quality feedback that helps them grow.
You will spend the majority of your time reviewing assignments, identifying gaps, and guiding
students towards better outcomes. Beyond this, you will help bring the program to life by
supporting live sessions and managing operations from the Vigyanshaala Studio.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, ideal for someone who combines attention to
detail with a strong sense of purpose.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving Assignment Quality & Student Growth (~85%)
• Review student assignments across areas such as career exploration, self-development, higher education planning, and professional skills
• Provide clear, actionable, and growth-oriented feedback that helps students improve meaningfully
• Ensure consistency and fairness in evaluation using defined rubrics and quality benchmarks
• Identify common learning gaps and patterns across cohorts, and share insights with the team
• Uphold high standards of quality while managing assignment volumes and timelines

2. Enabling High-Quality Learning Experiences(Vigyanshaala Studio)
• Manage the day-to-day functioning of the Vigyanshaala Studio
• Ensure all live sessions are well-prepared, smoothly executed, and learner-focused
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a seamless learning environment

3. Moderating Live Learning Spaces
• Support and moderate live sessions conducted from the studio
• Facilitate Speak Up Kalpana (SUK) sessions, creating a safe and engaging space for student expression
• Assist in moderating masterclasses and interactions with mentors and guest speakers
• Manage chat, Q&A, and overall session flow to ensure strong learner engagement

4. Strengthening Program Quality
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for student experience
• Continuously look for ways to improve feedback systems, processes, and student outcomes
• Collaborate with the team to refine content, rubrics, and delivery mechanisms

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a STEM field)
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to give clear, structured, and empathetic feedback
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality at scale
• A genuine interest in student growth, mentoring, and education
• Ability to manage repetitive yet high-impact work with consistency and ownership
• Comfort with digital tools (Google Suite, LMS platforms, Canva, Zoom, etc.)

Good to Have:
• Experience in teaching, academic evaluation, or content quality assurance
• Exposure to career guidance or student-facing roles
• Experience in moderating or facilitating online sessions
