What You'll Do
You will work directly with the CEO and programme teams to strengthen the visibility of SSE India and support communication for our partner organisations.
Your work will include:
• Designing social media creatives, reports, presentations and campaign material
• Editing videos, reels, documentaries and event highlights
• Managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Developing communication strategies for programmes and campaigns
• Creating visual identities for fellowships, events and social enterprises
• Supporting government and CSR projects through communication planning
• Working closely with social entrepreneurs to help improve branding and digital outreach
• Creating newsletters, brochures, impact stories and marketing collateral
• Using AI tools to improve design, editing and content production
• Capturing photographs and videos during workshops, field visits and events whenever required

We're Looking For Someone Who
• Has strong graphic design skills
• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent design tools
• Has good video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar software
• Understands social media trends, analytics and content planning
• Can create engaging reels and short-form videos
• Has good written English and visual storytelling abilities
• Is comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team
• Is excited by the idea of working with social entrepreneurs and mission-driven organisations
• Is willing to travel occasionally across India
Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools will be an added advantage.

Salary
Rs 30,000 per month (CTC) depending on experience, skills and portfolio.
