Application for CEO/Executive Director-OUTREACH

OUTREACH Association of Volunteers for Rural Development, Bengaluru
invites applications for an experienced Chief Executive Officer designated as Executive Director to lead the organisation.

The CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership to the organisation, expansion of CSR, donor and institutional partnerships. Provide overall supervision of programmes and teams.

Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Science, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Administration, Environmental Science or related field.

Location: Bengaluru | Full-time

Experience:
12-18 years, including senior-management experience. Candidate should demonstrate capabilities in NGO/social-sector leadership, fundraising, CSR partnerships, programme management, financial management and stakeholder engagement. Corporate professionals with strong CSR/social-impact leadership experience may also be considered.
Salary will be negotiable.
