Profile Summary of Project Facilitator :

Project Facilitator coordinates and anchor the programmatic activity in the intervention area, thus ensuring progress towards successful implementation of all projects ensuring positive impact on community. Project Facilitator ensures effective utilization of resources to execute the plan, managing and coaching the team towards outcomes and serves as culture and movement builder for the region. He/She drives towards implementing thematic areas / portfolio towards holistic development of the community.

Role & Responsibility

•Anchor, inspire and manage teams working on diverse domains say, good governance, livelihood, health& nutrition and education in the project villages
•Ensure effective management, communication and coordination within the team and consortium.
•Responsible for optimum use of project supported resources (human, physical, financial and knowledge)
•Timely sharing of project progress report to Program lead and ensure the fulfillment of Consortium directives and SOP
•Take Lead & liaise with multiple stakeholders at Block level, CBOs, PRIs and networks for effective convergence for furtherance of programs and smooth implementation.
•Prepare timely and high-quality documents, reports & Case studies on project successful interventions
•Lead events, workshops, sessions in compliance with the requirements of the programme.
•Lead communications and develop opportunities to ensure programme visibility
•Monitoring, handholding and capacity building of Field Trainers and Volunteers to ensure quality implementation of Project activities at field
•Supporting and active participation in the events organized at consortium level
•Collection and maintenance of program & HR related documents as per SOP
•Ensure timely reporting of project activities and support for developing and maintaining the Project MIS
•Provide support for conducting Surveys, Periodic surveys and Impact evaluations undertaken by the project and use the findings for designing future interventions

Education Qualification

•Post graduate degree in MSW/Rural Development/ Gender Studies/ Development studies or any other discipline from a recognized university with excellent writing & communication skill.

Required Skills & Experience

•Candidate must have at least 4- 5 years of post-qualification experience in Management & implementation project.
•Experience of working with government department and local leaders
•Candidate must have experience of working with NGOs and Government officials.
•Candidate must possess basic knowledge on MS Office and in budgeting and accounts will be an additional advantage.
•Candidate should be a good team player and have leadership skills

Remuneration : CTC 38, 745/- per month depending on the experience. Other benefits including travel allowance and PF will be covered.
