Job Description: Community Counsellor
The Community Counsellor will provide professional psychosocial support through individual and group counselling to children, adolescents, and women within the community. The role involves assessing emotional, behavioral, social, and family-related concerns, providing evidence-based counselling interventions, identifying recurring psychosocial themes, and designing preventive group programmes that promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and mental health.
The position requires a high level of empathy, professionalism, confidentiality, ethical practice, and cultural sensitivity.
