The Project Coordinator will lead project implementation at the block/landscape level, manage multiple activities, build strong community relationships, coordinate field teams, and ensure smooth execution of project interventions.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor projects across assigned villages.
Mobilize and engage local communities.
Coordinate with government officials, line departments, NGOs, and stakeholders.
Supervise field staff, volunteers, and Community Resource Persons (CRPs).
Collect data and prepare progress reports.
Support Mangrove Co-Management Committee (MCMC) registration, approvals, and bank account opening.
Organize training and capacity-building programs.
Facilitate convergence with government schemes.
Handle day-to-day project planning, logistics, and administration.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have either:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience + Postgraduate degree in Social Work, OR
4+ years of relevant experience + Undergraduate degree in the relevant field.

Additional requirements:
Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, or development organizations.
Experience in social mobilization, institution building, and capacity building.
Understanding of government scheme convergence is desirable.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory for field positions.
