Take overall responsibility for DDU-GKY project implementation and performance across the state.
Ensure achievement of mobilisation, training, assessment, certification, placement and retention targets within prescribed timelines.
Monitor all training centres and ensure strict compliance with applicable DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs and project sanction conditions.
Coordinate with SRLM, MoRD and other government/project authorities for project implementation, inspections, approvals, assessments and related matters.
Manage State, District and Centre-level teams and establish clear performance targets and accountability.
Regularly review candidate mobilisation, batch creation, attendance, training progress, assessments and placements.
Ensure proper maintenance of candidate files, training records, attendance, placement documents and other mandatory project documentation.
Monitor MIS/ERP entries and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Ensure centres remain inspection-ready and promptly close observations/non-compliances raised during inspections or monitoring visits.
Develop and monitor employer networks to achieve placement and post-placement retention requirements.
Review project expenditure and coordinate with Finance/Accounts for proper utilisation, documentation and timely submission of claims.
Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective action to prevent delays in project milestones.
Submit periodic centre-wise and project-wise performance reports to Management.
Lead preparation for assessments, inspections, audits and project reviews.
Maintain effective relationships with government officials, employers, training partners and other stakeholders.
Travel extensively across project locations for monitoring and performance reviews.
