* Lead the Maa Matti Campus operation, liaising with all the line departments and primary stakeholders
* Development season wise crop plans with allocation of cropping plot in tandem with Maa Matti staffs for main and demo crop
* Management of training programs with supervision and maintenance of all the infrastructures
* Supervise field teams and ensure effective execution of project activities
* Maintain project documentation, reporting, Registers and data management systems and regular updation to the concerned unit head
* Facilitate capacity building, monitoring, and community engagement processes
