1. PROJECT MANAGER
No. of Post: 01
Honorarium: 21,000/- per month + applicable TA as per programme norms
Essential Qualification & Experience
Post Graduate in any discipline of Social Sciences, preferably with one year of experience at district-level programmes related to health, livelihood, rural development, microfinance, HIV/AIDS or similar development programmes;
Experience of working in HIV/AIDS, Targeted Intervention or other public-health programmes will be preferred.
Good communication, coordination, documentation and team-management skills.
Working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Knowledge of government health programmes and community-based interventions will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for overall management and implementation of the TI project, supervision of project staff, achievement of programme targets, coordination with UPSACS/SACS, health departments and other stakeholders, monitoring of outreach activities, reporting, documentation and ensuring implementation in accordance with NACO/UPSACS guidelines.

2. M&E-CUM-ACCOUNTS OFFICER
No. of Post: 01
Honorarium: 16,000/- per month + applicable TA as per programme norms
Essential Qualification & Experience
Graduate preferably in Commerce, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related discipline from a recognised institution/university.
Knowledge of computer applications, MS Excel, Word and Internet.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in accounts, MIS, data management/reporting or similar work.
Experience in NGO/development-sector or HIV/AIDS/TI programmes will be preferred.
Knowledge of accounting procedures, financial documentation, MIS and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining project accounts and financial records.
Maintaining vouchers, registers and supporting documents.
Data entry, MIS and programme-related reporting.
Compilation and submission of financial and programme reports.
Supporting PFMS-related documentation and project financial compliance.
Maintaining confidentiality of programme and beneficiary information.
Assisting the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and preparing reports.

3. COUNSELLOR
No. of Post: 01
Honorarium: 16,000/- per month + applicable TA as per programme norms
Essential Qualification & Experience
Post Graduate in Psychology or Social Work through a regular course; OR
Graduate in Psychology or Social Work through a regular course with minimum 2 years' experience in counselling or working with Targeted Intervention, Adolescent Health, Mental Health, Substance Abuse/Drug Dependence or related programmes.
Relevant experience in HIV/AIDS counselling/TI programmes will be preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work sensitively with vulnerable/key population communities.
Key Responsibilities
Individual and group counselling.
HIV prevention and risk-reduction counselling.
Referral and linkage to HIV testing, STI/RTI, ART and other health services.
Follow-up of beneficiaries and treatment/service linkages.
Participation in health camps and project-based clinical activities.
Maintaining counselling records and required documentation.
Supporting outreach teams in behaviour-change communication and health-seeking behaviour.

4. OUTREACH WORKER (ORW)
No. of Posts: 05
Honorarium: 10,500/- per month + applicable TA as per programme norms
Essential Qualification & Experience
Minimum qualification and experience as prescribed under applicable NACO/UPSACS TI guidelines.
Candidates with experience in community mobilisation, outreach, HIV/AIDS programmes, public health, social work or development-sector programmes will be preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to work with community/key population groups.
Willingness to undertake extensive field visits.
Knowledge of the local area and local language will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting field outreach and community mobilisation.
Identification and registration of beneficiaries as per programme protocol.
Providing HIV prevention information and promoting safer practices.
Mobilising beneficiaries for HIV testing, STI/RTI services and other health services.
Referral and linkage to ICTC, ART, OST and other appropriate health facilities.
Follow-up of beneficiaries.
Supporting Peer Educators in outreach activities.
Maintaining field records and reporting to the Project Manager.
Participating in community events, health camps and demand-generation activities.
Note: The approved TI structure provides for an additional Male ORW for the IDU intervention from July 2026, subject to the applicable sanctioned deployment pattern.
